Sunrun: When the company came under the umbrella of Sunrun, the dynamics change. It feels more about the bottom line. They gave us a raise and took it away. Several times they talked about doing things that would help leads and reps, but there's been no follow through.

Sunrun: I have been with sunrun going on 7 years. their is good and bad that has happened in that time.. we are always growing and looking to move forward so this is to be expected. Overall my experience has always come out as good and I am proud to be here.

Uber: Prices are less compare to other competitors.
Princess Cruises: My skills and education and even working experience is better than 95% of the crew onboard. The managers really need to be active listeners.

Sunrun: This company has given me a lot of benefits. My managers and leaders specifically tend to have unrealistic standards. And that makes my work a constant fire drill which is exhausting.

Sunrun: I love working for something that matters, with a group of coworkers and a manager that is thoughtful and interesting. I think our executive leadership needs to engage with the rest of the company (not just sales) more, and needs to demand more information for decision points.

Kroger: As an overnight stocker, I'm at the front line of making sure the store has product on the shelves. You can't even claim that if we didn't do our job's, someone else could, since the trucks come at night when no one else is here. If we dont unload it, ya'll won't have it. No one sees how much we do.

Sunbelt Rentals: Lacking customer service!!! They can't maintain service of the equipment. Customer service rarely follows through. Poor onsite equipment servicing.

Sunrun: My overall experience with this company has been great i feel like everything was done correctly in training and my managers are awesome but the team im on i feel like is not the best the other dispatcher is no communicative or willing to show me how to do certain things
Wegmans: For the most part everyone works hard (full-time)
Dollar Tree: Keeping items on the shelf. Empty shelves everywhere. When asking an employee where an item is they just reply they don't have time to work the freight to the floor. I would buy online but the quantities are too great. Very poor business model

7-Eleven: Places a joke one employee for a whole shift to run a whole restaurant by themselves store manager general manager nobody cares nobody helps understand because store manager runs people away went through 30 employees plus four managers in a year all because of the store manager
Trader Joe's: They are fun but they also have a disconnect and are kind of untrustworthy
Family Dollar Stores: Team work able to do job on own also
T-Mobile: I have been a T-mobile cutomer for over 25 years when it was Voicestream, lol!! It has been a love/hate relationship through the years. Lately, it's been great! My cell service is super relialble with very few dropped calls. Just switched to their internet plus YouTube TV and it's been excellent!!

Wegmans: Heartbroken that the decent part time health insurance is expensive yet has a $2000 deductible. I can't believe it's not lower. 1 of my medications having to be paid out of pocket would cost twice the new 72 bucks out of my pocket a month.

Sunrun: Work that is rated for a higher level position is constantly being piled on to the Associate level staff without compensation in pay or opportunity for overtime.

Sears Home Services: Customet service and satisfaction. It is impossible to speak with someone and find contact information. I am still dealing with an unresolved issue for 3 years now!

Humana: They advertise work life balance, but its not practiced. They just cut positions at our already understaffed branch. Money is the motivating factor, not Healthcare.

Right now I feel the company made changes where I am not sure if I will have a job when I wake up. They changed things that discourage me from working. They make it hard to have family and work.

Sunrun: I started at Sunrun 8 Years ago. I was promoted in my first year to the position i sought. I love being a consultant. Showing people about Solar and watching that clean energy light bulb go on is something not to be missed.

Texas Roadhouse: I really enjoyed being a roadie, loved my coworkers and my managers, serving at the roadhouse was fun. It was fun although my general manager would be racially demeaning towards me on a daily basis, he would tell me " go back to china" or call me " little asian boy" he was very unprofessional.
TP: I'm very grateful to have a good environment, approachable team leader and non-toxic teammates.

Sunrun: It started of as the best job in the world. Then the CEO changed the leadership chaged and now sunrun has tured into vivint. I can go on and on m. If someone would like to contact me I can let them know how not to be a solar city, sungevity, or vivint.
Sunrun: I love the company and the overall culture. I do not trust that my current manager has my best career interests in mind, nor do I trust them to not throw me under the bus to leadership.

Sunrun: I enjoy the work that I do and I believe that the company can help people and the world. There are a lot of customers who don't completely understand solar and what they got into. So we do a decent amount of customers who feel like they were misinformed when they got into Solar (Ours/partners)

Sunrun: I never thought I would find a greater opportunity with work life balance and to be able to create the lifestyle I wanted after I got into the home alarms industry. I was wrong. This is the opportunity that I see people will look at in another 5 years and say, "I should have got in on that."

Sunrun: I love what I do, but Sunrun is increasing demands beyond our control while paying us less than McDonalds pay its employees. At the same time, Sunrun is not taking good care of the customers we work so hard to bring in and retain.

Sunrun: Company is great to work, pays well and has an amazing work/life balance. Biggest issue is that it reorganizes far too often. My job, or the jobs of friends departments (Outside of sales), have not felt secure at almost any point of working here.
