Princess Cruises: As wothput hot water 4 days of cruise. Staff on board was excellent from too to bottom. They cancelled an excursion because we were unable to dock. We already had a credit balance. They refused to refumd credit card and said it is goong to take up to 15 weeks to review credit.

Sunrun: Decent benefits - bonuses are hard won and can't be controlled, but salaried workers get unlimited PTO. Hourly is consistent. Sales have the toughest time.

Ruby Tuesday: I've been scheduled outside my availability and have to hope for a co worker to pick up those shifts. In addition, I've been told that the new servers is "replacing" the old ones. One night, my section was split in half and given to a server with who only has a day off training and videos.

Sunrun: It was great before the org change of early 2022. Now work life is hostile. I haven't had a good day in months. No one is held accountable for anything and now everything is imbalanced. I have no reason to work as hard as I do for this company, we get treated awfully by management/directors.

Sunrun: They continue trying to improve but consistently miss the mark. Sunrun always puts a band-aid on wide spread issues without ever fixing the heart of the problem. Create regionally based pay plans, don't limit my advancement based on numbers i cannot achieve. Train or replace non-performers.

Change can be good but can also bring a lot of fear to their employees knowing that you might get let go if a department gets discontinued or reduced. Sunrun: Overall it has been a good ride but Sunrun is changing and the corporate structure has shifted to try to become more profitable which has shifted entirely the workplace environment that we had. There's a lot of doubt about job security and we're constantly wondering when the next wave of layoffs is.

TP: What I like the most is with team members you must be capable of effectively collaborating. Leadership team expects its members to express disagreement without devaluating individual team members personally or products.
Sunrun: Change is constant & sometimes exhausting. I desire more opportunities for mentorship building outside of ERGs. I desire my executive leadership to be present in national calls on a quarterly basis. Two days for sick leave & 2 days for mental health should be given on a yearly basis in our PTO bank.

Sunrun: Constant changes make things very unstable. There have been a lot of layoffs this past year. and more changes are coming.
Sunrun: Lately I have felt that I am going to be laid off. I feel not included in decisions that impact me and my team. I feel that people are being hired because they are friends with the hiring manager vs. really having the qualifications. I never hear anything positive about what I am doing,
Sunrun: I have had the best support from my current supervisor and current and previous team leads. My teammates are so kind and fun to converse with I wish we all could meet up in office more it's alot of fun seeing people face to face

Sunrun: Accepting environment, generally overworked with pressure to do more. Executive team above management does not want / does not have time to deal with major issues, at times
Sunrun: I have been working for sunrun for over 7 years and plan on working here for a lot longer because its such a great place to work that challenges me everday
Sunrun: Love it. As with any company that is growing, there are changes that people need to adapt to. These changes also change the company culture. I think some of the changes have been unnecessary. However I still love working at Sunrun.
Sunrun: My overall experience has been extremely pleasant, and direct Mgmt has been amazing every step of the way. This job was an answer to prayer by the God of the Bible, and I'm blessed and thankful to be employed here.
Sunrun: Being a part of the workforce here at Sunrun has been life changing, allowing me to achieve goals I didn't realize I had, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance and enjoying every step of the way!
Sunrun: Fair pay and the bonus
Sunrun: It's not a bad place to work. It's need improving some processes for those in the trenches to succeed. They need more nurturing of employees willing to advance without fear of losing their job. Middle management is let go too often leaving people scared to advance for fear of losing his/her job.
Sunrun: I believe in the mission. Frustrated by our inability to address issues and challenges that will help us to achieve them. We miss the details so very often. Can't figure out how to address the things that destroy our credibility with our customers. We lack the aggressiveness to go win the business..

Sunrun: I like working for this company. I hoped for more opportunities for advancement/ promotions though.
Sunrun: I have had an amazing experience with Sunrun. I have been able to grow so much professionally here and I feel seen and valued.
iHeartMedia: Two pay raises in over 23 years. Grossly underpaid, HR Department isn't much help and bosses give you the runaround when you ask for a raise.
Sunrun: Sunrun was great but it has since turned in a new direction that is less valuable as a sales person. Low quality leads with very minimal backend support to get jobs to installation and to get paid.
Sunrun: I love working for Sunrun. The culture, opportunity for advancement and the overall energy makes coming to work fun
Sunrun: I am luck to be part of a great team with a truly fantastic manager and being a full-time remote worker is a huge plus for me. But honestly the rest is simply par or even sub-par when compared to other companies like Sunrun.
