Stop moving the goal post. Stop changing everything after you screwed it up, then put everyone at risk of be unemployed
Drop the dead weight of people only working hard during incentives. These people are what drag down the productive workers and cause quiet quitting.
Because the leadership team changes everything bi annually and doesnt give you what you need to do what they expect, then tell you you arent doing your job.
Being at home and my boss having confidence I am doing my job every day, not just when we have a BS incentive for people to complete points and steal projects they end up screwing up because reading documents is hard.
