What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I see passion at all levels of the company. We could better take advantage of that passion with more precise strategic goals per quarter, per major functions (sales, construction, tech, finance, service, etc) that tie into corporate quarterly goals. we need to bring back OKRs or something comparable

Integration work to meld Sunrun and Vivint together is a large lift. It would have been helpful to retain an external company that specializes in these types of mergers to orchestrate.
