I feel the leadership team should be better about listen to the feedback that's been given. The R&R process is time consuming and worrisome for customers. Permits need to be pulled before the removal is done if they're needed before the reinstall. All teams should be held to the same response times.

The time off system punishes people for being sick. There should be sick leave separate from PTO so that you are not forced to use it when sick. Also, unpaid time should be allowed without additional punishment. Being unpaid is already a punishment. Occurrences on top are just extra harsh.

allowances. I felt fooled when it say Day 1 I am covered with health card . Yes Day 1 we were covered but not fully covered only for PhP 10,000.00 for 6 months if we are regularized we will get the full coverage. I feel bad about it.

The day-to-day responsibilities have changed so dramatically that the workload can become very overwhelming knowing we are not paid for the multiple jobs we do. We have had 3 VPs in 2 years and with the amount of change, our pay should have increased. Other companies pay more for doing the same job.

HUGH pay raise. Swag awards in Run-x ALL are available in cash and gift cards. I do not need any more overpriced clothes, backpacks, or accessories. It used to be that we got the swag clothes for free. Now, the best for free is a funky hat or two. I have enough hats and jackets. Give me CASH.

In 300 words? It's not possible to cover everything. We are understaffed and underpaid, with poor supervisors and management and minimal group discussion to strengthen our knowledge base (because of management restrictions on meetings). Those who point out the problems are the first out the door.

Right now, we're in a season of major change and it's putting an immense amount of strain on all of us. It would be nice if more preparation and consideration was taken in account for how decision would affect the people doing the work.

Major delays with the design team and only have one crew in the area to schedule on. Customers get misinformation from salesman regarding cost of services. Cost of electric bill without solar creating major financial burden that we do not assist with. Overworked case managers with high caseload.
