I enjoy working from home, and working with a variety of teams and people. The main issue I have with the company is that they're always reorganizing the company and changes job expectations

Everything were going in a different direction every 3 months

Company culture is non existent but the team culture is good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told I would get a bigger raise than I got and when I followed up about it nothing changes.
