Salaried employees receive unlimited time off

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid 20% percentile for drafters in our City, yet we do drafting and project management and electrical engineering. It's mind boggling they say we are paid fairly, but wont back up their market research at all.
