What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Give technology a seat at the C-Suite level. It doesn't feel like this business can be scaled without the patience, commitment needed from a top notch tech leader who has an equal say in strategy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel undervalued, i think 31.00$ a hour would be a fair compensation for the duties i fulfill daily. i make 27 so 4 more dollars would be ideal in a perfect world. Thanks for the question!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It seems alot of customers are not the most excited to hear about solar. I believe we should just be in retail and not going to peoples houses and interrupting their family time or day off. It seems that it makes them less likely to go with Sunrun because of the constant push to go solar.

A bit too much focus on numbers, metrics, and profit alone since 2021-ish and less focus and care about the "boots on the ground" folks on the operational side. Leadership making regular visits to experience the actual WORK being done would certainly help with perspective and high level decisions.
