I love working for something that matters, with a group of coworkers and a manager that is thoughtful and interesting. I think our executive leadership needs to engage with the rest of the company (not just sales) more, and needs to demand more information for decision points.

I enjoy working for Sunrun. It feels like there is too much movement at the leadership level and they don't feel secure enough in their roles to be able to structure their teams fully for success and growth

I think we are a hardworking company that wants us to grow and be better and better each step of the way

The salary is great, stock is a nice little perk but not as much of a slam dunk benefit but since the salary is strong it keeps things balanced.

I think the team is incredibly smart and full of interesting and brilliant team members! I love that it pushes me to grow and learn and do so much

In our team, not the whole company, we are incredibly driven, respectful, kind, and fun. People need purpose, collaboration, and progress to feel satisfied in work, and our team fosters all of that.

Our team is amazing. The dedication to work, but also the dedication to being good people to work with is unmatched. There is such a healthy environment on our team. I think there is respect, drive to push to be better, but also fun. It's unparalleled to any place else I've worked
