I am happy to come into work everyday, and i've never been able to say that in my 25 years of working. I've been with this company almost 5 years now, and continue to love coming into work daily. I'm challenged daily, and have gain many friends over the years.

My experience has been ok at Sunrun. It's hard to ignore that most promotions for higher-paying roles are exclusively sales reps. Unless you live in UT and are a high-achieving sales rep you are not considered to move up to a higher position even if sales exp has little to do with the higher role.

We've lost people on our team, and have taken on WAY more work, but no one seems to care, and me and my one other teammate have been overworking the past year with no sort of compensation or light at the end of the tunnel. Burn out is very real, and it's negatively impacted my at home life.

I am afraid I am going to try log in to work and OKTA will not allow it, no warning, nothing. Just locked out. Lower management has gotten abusive, dishonest and very negative (unless you are a favorite). Treat us with dignity and managers take responsibility for their actions quit blaming us.
