We need more information on the future of the engineering team and the status of our jobs. No long term road map makes people extremely nervous.

We really enjoyed having the offsite meeting and often reference how transformative that was for our team. We aren't doing the same collaboration or fostering teamwork like we used to.

Work hours are changing and the bonus is shit now.

The leadership team is not aligned and micro manage customer experiences. We lack a strong digital product discipline that's able to help the business prioritize and stay focused. Constant changes to leadership structure in the wrong direction for tech org.

The communication from the executive team and leadership feels very one-sided and rehearsed. Important directors, VPs, and executives have left without any backfilling, leaving a large gap in leadership. There has been lots of turnover at the leadership level.
