Before merging with Design I loved my job. Ever sense we are feeling like more and more responsibilty is being taken from us and given to subk teams. We are loosing out on valued individuals and outsourcing.

The Sunrun company has been good to work for overall. There have been alot of changes but always lookiing for the best ways to move forward.

Roles have changed and have added extra responsibility without paying for this extra work that is to be done.

Alot of change and people are worried about their jobs. How are we going to keep up with the change when its ever changing and no constant.
