I am from customer care and I have all the skill that applies such as CC advance, ford, billing, ev, battery and I am the hands of all other department, And I believe that my pay is not enough to how i was assigned to work

I am currently going to school full time, working full time, and raising a toddler. I have been told a few times that I need a dedicated work space free from distractions. I know the distraction they are referring to is my kid. Day care is too expensive. I can't afford it with my pay.
