In my opinion all of my leaders are great people except 1 so overall i am happy with the leadership, there's always that one person you just dont jive with in my experience.

I do feel undervalued, i think 31.00$ a hour would be a fair compensation for the duties i fulfill daily. i make 27 so 4 more dollars would be ideal in a perfect world. Thanks for the question!
