Doing what others think we cant. Im very competitive and take everything as a challenge. The fact I get to problem solve every day makes my mind happy as I get board doing the same every day.

That we are hands down are some of the best at sunrun. The knowledge we share and the willingness to face anything thrown at us even on a loosing hand and we still find a way to succeed expectations most every time. We truly are here for each other.

I dont feel undervalued but just undercompensated. With all the changes, I have been asked to take more on, all while not even getting a mention on a raise. The amount that I am asked to do is now triple. Its hard to know that some of my direct reports make more than me when all the pressure is mine
