Safelite AutoGlass: Expect you to to do double the work and push yourself til you can't do it anymore, for little pay. Selling your soul to the devil working here.
TaskUs: TaskUS was great and they have a really great goal and employee care . But, I hope that they know that their management is somehow not great with all things but for sure they are just pressured from higher ups as they are driven to do all things passionately even at cost of comfort of employees.

I fit the mold, and have been rewarded, but I don't think we do a good job of appropriately rewarding everyone who fits the mold and does good work.

Aimbridge Hospitality: We are operating with minimal leadership on our team, having trouble recruiting and retaining good people. Puts more of a burden on me to take care of issues outside of sales. most days are pretty exhausting.

TJX Companies : TJX seems to be a great company to work for. However my entity is struggling in many areas and the issues seem directly related to upper management and the lack of teamwork, alignment with expectations, and accountability.
