TJ Maxx: I value that the products sold are high quality and in great condition! It is so hard to shop at a retail store and not find something wrong with almost all of the clothes or items you pick up; but TJ MaXX is different. Not to mention all of the high brand products sold! The prices are fantastic!

There are support positions but when applying for those positions we are told that we MUST work in Quincy at least 2 days a week and possibly 5. That isn't a possibility for MANY of the exempts.

Stop & Shop: Great to work for, great associates for the most part. Unfortunately there is a lot of focus on payroll but I can see that it's a necessity for a successful business.
Stop & Shop: good job, fulfilling, company needs to get all exempts on a 5 day work week. Exempts in store are only ones that have 6 day work week, been talking about it for years just make it happen every other company can do it we can write a schedule where exempts can get 2 days off in a row most weeks.
Stop & Shop: I like my job and the people I work with. I feel we are told to run the store like we own it but then we are not allowed to deviate from any corporate plans. We are told in meetings that audits are there to help us improve but if we get any points off, we are questioned about why we can't follow.

Catalent Pharma Solutions: I like my job. I like that it is hard to get bored as things are constantly changing. However, it is a high-stress environment that isn't meant for all types of people. We're also lacking is some basic software to do our jobs efficiently. Overall though I find this to be a rewarding career.

Chick-fil-A: The leadership teams needs to get better at applying set standard and expectations they have to all the team members and not just only certain team members. They need to focus on trying to remain fair to all team members and not target certain people.
Google: For me Google is a fast paced place to work with no real mandate as to what you need to do, but a lot of pressure to do things that are considered high impact by your VP. You can learn a lot and have infinite resources to do so, but in the end showing results is the main job you have.
