Conduent: My overall experience has been very good. I'd like to know that my position I have currently was permanent rather than "Flex" because I love what I do. It just feels a bit stressful because I am unsure if I will stay in it or if they'll move me. I wish the pay was better for what I do, however.

So much is compartmentalized that working outside of the site-bubble is extremely difficult. Overall, I feel neutral towards Catalent as I am personally mid harmonization to lessen those negatives, if possible.
Liberty Mutual Insurance: Very DEI focused, incredibly competitive pay and benefits, and an unmatched pension program. Not to mention the best coworkers I've ever worked with!! All high achievers and hard workers.

SLT do not have a realistic view of how the business functions and only rely on the opinions of a few. Promotions are often based on personality, not knowledge.
