adidas: the shoes and the time its take to break
JLL: JLL is great for their clients and senior managers, but is terrible for employees. Their benefits take a nice chunk of your pay and costs always go up quicker than your salary. They also take FULL advantage of salary employees, by making you work OT all the time with their unrelenting work load.
Nationwide Insurance: Great people focus and development opportunities. A little too much focus on organizational structure changes versus more meaningful business transformations. Overall, excellent culture and a rewarding place to work.
McDonald's: To describe my work environment as toxic would be an understatement. My managers are romanticaly engaged with the staff. Racial biases and physical violence has been presented. ADP: I joined ADP on MS Payroll in 2016. After a while I decided I wanted more and I wanted to go for implementation. Because there were no open positions and due to the work pressure I couldn't resist anymore and I decided to go to another company. I didn't stay long and I returned, my soul company ADP
Starbucks: I'm going to use this space to say that in the past I've typically admired the Starbucks brand, however the severe scaling down of baristas working per shift has have definitely made the experience go from enjoyable to annoying , with long wait times. I've experienced this at multiple stores.
Vodafone: almost without exception, vodafone staff fail to take ownership of asny issues. I dread having to speak to them, mostly they sound like cloned droids, repeating "im sorry to hear that"I DONT CARE how you feel, just sort out the problem please.
TP: I've been with the company for nearly 13 years so I am grateful for the opportunities it has provided me with.
