TP: The best experience is that we have closeness and teamwork that I will treasure it.

ADP: The role I play in making my clients and ADP successful. I love helping our clients and my fellow team members.
TP: working since 2018 at TP. Since I started i had 2 promotions based on results delivered. I am really commited with the company and I feel that TP is the place where I need to be to develope myself as a professional and as a person.
Adobe: We are Genuinely nice to each other
TP: Has been an engaging, rewarding and challenging experience.
Sally Beauty: Worst place to work in the world. Managers make empty promises and schedule according to favorites and not based on our sales, like they advertise in the interview.
Unilever: I would like to continue to see teh Unilever growing and producing more innovative products to support the communities.
Adobe: I like that they at least say the hard questions out loud when employees present them. Answering is hard, and sometimes they could be considered non-answers, but they are at least acknowledged.
UHS (Universal Health Services): Low pay, but they wonder why they don't attract employees. Local HRs have no ability to make change; makes me wonder why it takes 4 to run the office. CEO and CNO feigns caring. Said they "gave" millions in pay adjustments but not to support staff, yet they allow RN to fill in for UC at RN $+call.
Adobe: Clarity, empathy, direction, goals and execution

Altice USA: No training, no growth. Constant executive management structure changes. Underpaid and over worked.
TaskUs: What makes me most happy at work are being Valuable and treated fairly.

Carvana: Am forced to work overtime when it should be optional. Manager tefused to let me leave when i said i needed to leave after my work was done and my shift was already over. I work in 90 degree+ weather & I just wanna leave at my scheduled time

TP: TP is a very good company. However, I believe it's very important to have a clear message of the strategic plan and how we will deploy it according to the company's expectations. Sometimes leaders don't have the approach to sharing the information with all the team.
UPS: job stability and innovation opportunities
Waste Connections: The people, and overall culture are amazing. But it does feel like execs are way more focused on stock performance than employee happiness. At times, I do feel underpaid relative to my work, but I'm content. I just worry we've lost our way a bit by over focusing on just one barometer of success.
Sport Clips: I get shown how to improve any way i can
UPS: I find my customer sales rep to be lazy. Doesn't return calls and when she does call back, she ALWAYS refers me to tech support. It's like she doesn't know the answers or refuses to spend the effort to get the answers.
Sport Clips: My overall experience here at sportsclips is great, i dont have to over work myself, stress. I get to have time for things, and learn new things everyday.
TP: My trainor was the best and my co-trainees became my lifetime friends. Salary should be raised and accurate calculations of worker's salary should be done thoroughly.
Sport Clips: Sports Clips has always been a great company to work for. I left on maturity leave and when i came back they were very accommodating with my new schedule with being a new mom

TP: It's my first ever job. Felt so welcomed by the company. If I ever stop working here for some reasons, TP will be a standard for me.

Geek Squad: We made an on-line appointment for Geek Squad to come to our condo to correct a problem with the interface of our television and the cable service. Last week my wife, who made the appointment on-line, was told the technician would be here tomorrow (June 24) afternoon. Now it will be July 5th.
TP: For me, it has been a wonderful experience full of opportunities to grow. SO IN LOVE WITH TP. :)

TP: The job stability and development plan give me all the confidence I need to think about staying with the corporation for a long time.
Adobe: I am still very new to the company but so far I am in awe of how authentic our leadership and company culture appear to be. Adobe is involved in so many 'outside of work' activities and events and clearly values our employees 'whole self' and not just how they are or what they do at work.
Waste Connections: Waste Connections is a great company to work for. The atmosphere is positive and it always feels like you're interacting with family and not just coworkers because they all care about you not just professionally but also at a personal level.

TP: I am very happy in my 13 years journey in the company.

TaskUs: I love TaskUs, there is no doubt I am damn serious about my work and will try to take at least 2 promotions here in the next 4 years but I don't think I will be able to do this under my current Manger. He is not sportive, sometimes I feel demotivated because of his behavior and no justice actions.
MOL Group: Creativity of their brand and equality
Uber: I am new to the company. So far I found Uber is a young and fast growing company, having so much potencial to further develop and interesting areas to invest in.This is the only company I know having company wide all hands on weekly basis, every-time there's services being launched, it is exciting.

TP: Pandemic brought about a lot of changes and we need to be super resilient to adapt to these. I thought we need more support from the Executives and things that we can control, let's control and not trigger anymore additional changes.

Conduent: compensation is comparatively low comparing to other companies

Flowserve: Still fairly new with the company but I have had a very welcoming experience so far. This company is a great place to work for newly graduates and anyone else eager to immerse themselves into a technical and challenging career.

TP: company is doing good something needs to look into like we must have seating arrangement for support staff as well where they can seat and do their duty nicely

TP: I love TP but there is no WLB, we get paud less and when we have time off we are expected to work. Its hard to keep a team motivated when they are paid less, worked more and also need to fight their way though internal bureaucracy.

TP: I've worked with a lot of companies over my career, and Teleperformance is by far the best because of the attention to company culture and the value placed on it.
Flowserve: From my very first day, I knew that questions were encouraged. I never felt left to figure things out. This is super important when starting a new role at a new work place. My manager has bi-weekly one on ones to touch base which is great.
TP: I love the company. TP has grown very fast and we have contributed to such growth. Lately new system implementations have not worked very well and new layers in the organization has make it more bureaucratic and slow. It takes more work and effort to get things done.
