The people interactions and the challenges that we have in TP. Every day I have a new challenge and that brings motivation to me.

The entire human side approach. The intention is there, even if we don't apply it on a daily basis because we work so many hours, holidays, take vacations are complicated and there's no time to stop and make some reflections.

There is nothing good to mention, and sometimes it looks like they have hidden agendas. They don't appear to work as a team; they are in big silos and promote big silos, despite having stated that they would not work in silos.

Work as team, have communication, coordination, they work in silos and generate huge rework, they do not have a Global overview and their metrics does not help to work as a Global Metric, we need more leaders a lot of them are not real leaders are experts in the industry but we need real leaders.
