TP: Great, fast paced and ever evolving
TP: The answer is very simple, TP is my second family.
Flowserve: being new to a large corperate enviroment from a smaal shop is different and has a learning curve
TP: It has been a good experience overall and I have been able to grow in my career, but recently the culture in my organization has become changed and is not what it was.
Startek: The experience has been good. I have learnt a lot in terms of my career growth and as a person it has taught me a lot of things. I am happy with the time I have spent with the company. The pay and other perks can definitely be better

Safeway: I find the employees to be disengaged at times. A recent visit had me ask one of the employees stocking the shelves where I could find Pizza Sauce and his response was "Walmart".
Atria Senior Living: Showing up for work on a regular basis. Communicating overall: logistics, schedules, policy, training procedures. Regular leadership and marketing meetings. Accountability from managers and staff. Foster some level of comradery with staff. Show a good example. Make themselves available to staff
TP: Overall extremely positive and proud of working at TP. Some of the leadership behaviors are questionable but it is what it is

TP: I've been with TP for 15 years. That's only because my friends make work fun. But TP is extremely poor at rewarding tenure. They hired people who has the same job as I do, but they're paid more than me. Why is this the case?
TP: Overall TP is a great company to work for but you get out of it what you put into it. If you are just looking for a paycheck it will work but if you are looking for a career and you engage with the company it's one of the best companies I have worked for in the last decade.

Subway: Decent depending on the management, I have worked at 3 locations, through 4 different owners of the subways I worked at. All of which i have had a completely different work experience. Some terrible, others great. Be wary of who you work for. A lot ofsubway owners will take complete advantage of you
TP: I am always thankful with tp despite of the low salary however the leaders in the account itself were quiet complicated and not too inspiring. No proper task management, some leaders are too bombarded with unnecessary task instead of using such time with their agents
TP: As my boss and mentor told me before my hiring, this is a job in which you will never get board. The working pace is really creasy, but our work is extremely creative. In addition our multilingual, multicultural, multinational environment is unique

Agilent Technologies: The quality of customer service. My direct experience is with formerly Biotek employees, company that was integrated into Agilent recently. The eagerness to answer customer's questions, offer the best support and truly troubleshoot problems, is remarkable! Deep appreciation for that.
TP: There are some functional issues like IT and Onboarding of new employees. Rest is strong.
