Not undervalued but I think the salary packages are not comparable anymore to the growing market. People would stay because of the environment and people but when financial challenges arises, employees have no choice but to prioritize financial benefits.

They make efforts to connect with employees regularly like how Daniel Julien does either monthly or quarterly. Leaders makes an effort to cascade and reach out to employees on updates, challenges and tries to address them best they can. Thank you for being a GREAT PLACE TO WORK.
