TP: overall my experience has been amazing. i have been here 15 years and this is what makes me stay. i have had many opportunities to shine within the company and i take advantage of that. I do feel we need a better recognition program for tenure. i hit 15 years and did not receive 1 shout :(

VITAS Healthcare: inconsistent policies in corporate regarding remote, work from home and hybrid. napitism seems to be the only thing that decides this. --- uneven distribution of work, some employees very overworked with unrealistic deadlines while others free.

Ashley Furniture: I was told furniture i bought there which was defective would becrepaired. Now the person in cs i was workng with disappeared. The local cs soesnt answer phone or return calls email. National cs gives me runaround then disconnects me. Cannot find any assistance. Very disappointed.

Whataburger: Extremely good place to work, great place to gain experience but if management isn't doing their job it will come at your expense as an employee. Examples include cutting hours if the labor cost exceeds the sales revenue.

Lenovo: I have a Lenovo Ideapad with a unique issue that tech cannot fix. I am very disappointed and I can't get tech support to recommend replacing my unit. I want to reach out to upper management, but can't find any contact email addresses. I've been a Lenovo user for years.

Medline Industries, Inc.: Nearly impossible to get medical supply requests through their system for wound care at home. They claim not to find submitted documents as a routine order. Leave patients without required wound products. Proof of successful transmission and receipt. Would not use them if can be avoided.

TP: I have been stuck in my position for many years with no career development plan. Even if I expressed my intent to move up it is being ignored. We keep hiring external and not investing enough on the tenured leaders who are becoming less and less because other companies provide better opportunities.

ADP: Accountability. There are teammates that do not perform to a minimum standard and seemingly not held accountable. Their lack of productivity falls on to others without compensation or consideration. Setting clear expectations with clients from the beginning of their journey/partnership with ADP.
TP: There is always career growth available if you are willing to take the plunge
TP: quite a "top down" company that is trying to change/ navigate into the future, acknowledging that the people who took us to where we are today are not necessary the same people that will take us to the future.

TP: TP is changing fast in the recent times, but not versus the better. the org is becoming burocratic and slow in taking any decsion. often managers have reached position way higher than their competences, and this creates issues quite often. some leaders are too old (EU) and there is too much politics

Kia America: South Bend Kia is an absolute disgrace to the Kia name, I have been lied twice, kept my vehicle from me until the insurance agent told them they can not do that. Waiting on parts is a joke and emails to Kia USA go unnoticed by those supposed to be in charge.
UnitedHealth Group: So many opportunities to grow and advance if you have the desire to learn, say yes to participating in new tasks, and have the desire to make a difference for our customers.
