
TP was an example of best place to work, however many things has changed and many of my friends have gone for better job offers, hope TP try to retain the talent and improve our laboral conditions, I love the company but we are in a hard times.
I love this company, however in the last three years things have changed too much and I fell we are not the leaders speaking about caring people and benefits

Resilience and commitment, mostly whe we are punished in our incentives due to many external non-controllable facts.
Network is paying approx 25% over our wages and the balance between personal live and work is not good
Benchamark is paying better for our positions at every single level and provides better benefits to balance work with personal life
Understand people needs, take decisions and trace objectives based on the reality of the markets and economy, also care about the leadership.
be worry about improve our laboral conditions i know we have a global financial crisis, but the benchmark is doing better in that topic
our position in the market have a better compensation in comparison what we have, that is why many of our people is leaving the company
