Working a TP is quite an adventure, very challenging and not for everyone, but sets you up for success in almost any place. On the other hand, we really need to focus on improving worklife balance and how to work with agility rather than bureaucracy and ineffective processes.
I was happy to return to TP but I was disappointed to see so many bureaucracies and lack of agility thats impacting the drive of several people trying to actually make a difference. TP really has outstanding professionals and giving them the right environment will help seeing outstanding results.
