Adobe: honesty, transparency and caring about our work load
Adobe: Such a pleasant work environment. I'm naturally shy and introverted, and it's nice to have short, friendly interactions with colleagues in the common areas and with my teammates. And it's so nice to hear happy voices and occasional laughter from all around the office.

Adobe: The company is good, but some teams, e.g. Photoshop are terrible. There is blatant favoritism, discrimination against women of color, denial of growth opportunities and lack of transparency in rewards. It's a toxic culture where managers boast about not having a work life balance.
Adobe: I have been at a couple different tech companies, and Adobe is by far the best. The culture is unique to tech companies and a huge benefit for all that work here.

BCD Travel: It is generally a good experience. All places have a few hiccups but generally speaking a very fine organization.
Google: best place I have worked so far. It takes time to assimilate but every year is better than previous one.

Stryker: I've been with Stryker 14 years and I could not speak more highly of the company. I feel driven by our mission and passionate about the job i do each day. I love interacting with co-workers and partnering to achieve objectives. I feel empowered by my manager and provided opportunities to develop.

Caterpillar Inc.: Not the same Caterpillar it used to be. It has become like any other Fortune 100 company - Leadership only cares about money. Employees tend to be pretty friendly and enjoyable to work with. Overall I would say the employees here do not like this company, but appreciate the compensation and benefits

Cisco: Politics rules the business. Your experience will be dictated by the political capital of your manager
Dollar General: Normal, not much room for opportunities. Seems like the employer keeps hours and pay as low as legally possible without any promotions or meaningful benefits.

DXC Technology: It's been good overall. Been ups and downs, wins and losses, but have to cite and acknowledge new leadership which has been a positive uplift and put in place fresh optimism for the future. They're addressing issues from the past, fixing and making things better...for people and customers.
Google: Enlightening. I've learned so much and grown in all directions: productivity, management, financial literacy, diversity, inclusion, industry, and culture. Google cares about its employees and I've felt supported. Just as important, they truly cares about their users.
