I feel my base pay and bonus are both very strong relative to the competition. I also really value the ESPP program - which is technically a benefit but the net effect is more financial gain.

They are very caring about our health and well-being -- they have added a number of new benefits in response to COVID, for example. Also, they're doing a great job of making the company successful/profitable which benefits us with our salaries, stock price, etc.
