The leadership team does a great job with reflecting on how far Adobe has come and giving credit where it's due. They celebrate the wins and praise employee's hard work. They also do a great job with painting an inspiring picture of the future and what our company wide goals are!

Our competitors pay more and provide a stronger roadmap for progression.

Adobe's pay for Sales levels below an AE are not favorable for retaining employees. Quotas increased 80% this year which was retro active and went into effect the last week of Q3. Those who over-achieve are capped at making only 50% of their compensation after hitting 110% of annual.

We don't get paid fairly due to the amount of work we are putting in on each opp. We are having to prove random items to show we are working on an opp to get credit when we are doing so much more to help close it. we can only get credit up to $75K and work deals up to $150K. What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Free Insurance. Health, Dental, Vision, etc. All the surrounding software companies are doing it now and there's always whisperings that people are going to leave to go where that is included in the compensation package. Higher Pay and benefits will BOOST morale and perpetuate the highest culture!
