What makes me most happy at work is knowing I have the unlimited capacity to grow and learn in my role, chatting with customers and solving problems! I enjoy chatting with my coworkers at lunch and walking around the beautiful Lehi campus!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at Adobe is so genuine! I can tell they really care about me on a personal level, but also want to help me be successful in my role! Everyone does a great job with work life balance and making it a really enjoyable place to work!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does a great job with reflecting on how far Adobe has come and giving credit where it's due. They celebrate the wins and praise employee's hard work. They also do a great job with painting an inspiring picture of the future and what our company wide goals are!
