What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Workfront as a whole does a great job at making employees feel valued both as an employee and as a human. My department on its own does nothing. Sometimes management will say nice things that will make you feel like they think you're valued in meetings but their actions are consistently opposite.

A lot of complaining I feel like. I wish more people would take responsibility for their situations and be more grateful for the good things the company does give us.
