What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they care about the company and the employees, especially this year. They are doing the best they can to accommodate employee needs and wellbeing. Gloria specifically has been incredibly transparent and shares updates as needed. I am grateful for our leadership this year!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation package for new hires is fairly robust, with a combination of RSU and Short-term incentive options.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with many different teams, and they are all very relatable, knowledgeable, reliable and willing to work as a team.

Corporate meeting as a lively production, the music, loov and feel are stellar. Its great that the corporation understands that being a visual graphic and media company requires a higher level of production value when putting on an event. The effect is top notch, highly entertaining and enjoyable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Focus on diversity and inclusion; not competitive like in other companies; friendliness and supportiveness

They care about their employees. For example, when covid hit, they sent a very meaningful message about how we needed to prioritize taking care of our families and ourselves even if that meant our work had to take a backseat.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Process was clear, quick and direct. There was constant communication throughout the end-to-end hiring process, and met expectations as far as timing.

I liked that they didn't grill me as if they were looking to weed me out. My manager instead presented to me all the things they like about my qualifications and made it a conversation so I could get to know them and see how we fit.
