They do not micromanage me and are very responsive to my questions and requests.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my hard work pay off, being acknowledged by my peers for my responsiveness and efficiency.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They care about their employees. For example, when covid hit, they sent a very meaningful message about how we needed to prioritize taking care of our families and ourselves even if that meant our work had to take a backseat.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that they didn't grill me as if they were looking to weed me out. My manager instead presented to me all the things they like about my qualifications and made it a conversation so I could get to know them and see how we fit.
