Workfront is a decent place to work, but not a place to stay for a long time.

They are honest and genuine
Review from Product Dept
Seem to genuinely care about the workers and having a positive company culture
Review from Product Dept
Leadership team has a vision for company and how to help customers.
Review from Product Dept
They put resources and thought into larger company goals and employee experience.
Review from Product Dept
Vision, communication. Globally they seem to know well where to go, and what they do works.
Review from Product Dept
Spreading the vision of the company within the organization
Review from Product Dept
Priorities change every single week. It's impossible to finish anything before getting pulled off onto something else. Then Execs have the nerve to say, "We aren't finishing strong."
Review from Product Dept
Leadership needs to better understand the work that their subordinates perform and properly appreciate its complexity. Leadership also needs to trust more.
Review from Product Dept
Lots of stock, expenses for equipment covered without much questions.
Review from Product Dept
The benefits and culture. They really embrace and encourage work-life balance from everything from PTO to maternity leave
Review from Product Dept
Health care is really well priced compared to other companies - I'm spending less than half what I did before.
Review from Product Dept
Our health care benefit is better than the last place I worked in terms of a lower overall deductible and how much employees pay out of pocket. The last place I worked felt scary to get a serious illness. Here, although it would be hard, I don't think it would be devastating financially.
Review from Product Dept
Benefits are awesome. Pay is awesome. RSUs are just so so. I don't feel like I have much ownership in the company.
Review from Product Dept
Dramatically under compensated for the type of work I'm doing. If I was doing this at another company my title would be two tiers higher.
Review from Product Dept
Annual increases are not serious for offices outside of the USA
Review from Product Dept
Creative people doing what they do best
Review from Product Dept
My team works well together, but I know of others where that is not the case and some managers that do not treat all of their reports very well or with consideration and fairness.
Review from Product Dept
Good sense of team, everyone wants to do things right and help others
Review from Product Dept
Awesome people who are all striving to make our product better
Review from Product Dept
They are welcoming, understanding, relaxed, and driven to constantly improving.
Review from Product Dept
Workfront is too silo'ed and it's hard for cross-functional collaboration
Review from Product Dept
There is a lack of caring at Workfront. Everyone deflects ownership of duties whenever possible. When they do get assigned ownership, they do the bare minimum. There is no pride and it's contagious.
Review from Product Dept
Coworker are all smart talented people. We have a problem company wide with communicating to get things done.
Review from Product Dept
All very upbeat and positive.
Review from Product Dept
The larger company tries to create a good working environment and promote programs for employee morale and culture. But some are too overloaded to take advantage of these things. Some groups get to do the "fun stuff" like AdobeMax and Summit, while others just stay behind and grind out work.
Review from Product Dept
Inclusion is driven from the top down - they're quite progressive for the area and that's really special
Review from Product Dept
Every employe is valued equally and had diversity
Review from Product Dept
Everyone is very supportive of new ideas and change
Review from Product Dept
The rest of the company may be alright, but management over product dev is a bit brutal. They seem out of touch with what dev is doing and what motivates dev.
Review from Product Dept
It's common for Workfront to start combining several jobs and not get any reward for that
Review from Product Dept
It was great. I liked it.
Review from Product Dept
The people I interviewed with were welcoming
Review from Product Dept
Everyone made me feel comfortable. I wasn't quizzed to the breaking point. I left feeling positive.
Review from Product Dept
I was interviewed extensively by the team and leadership
Review from Product Dept
The process was less about my technical skills which can learned, and more about my personality. It was more important to mesh well with the team than to be the best in my field.
Review from Product Dept
The interview process wasn't too bad. The first couple of months are the hardest and you are having to break into "Clicks"
Review from Product Dept
HR team needs to be more proactive. I was waiting for an offer for more than 4 months
Review from Product Dept
I get work that challenges me
Review from Product Dept
I love my coworkers and the vision for modernizing our platform.
Review from Product Dept
Working on something important for customers
Review from Product Dept
I love solving difficult problems
Review from Product Dept
Working with my team on common goals and producing great work.
