Health care is really well priced compared to other companies - I'm spending less than half what I did before.

Our health care benefit is better than the last place I worked in terms of a lower overall deductible and how much employees pay out of pocket. The last place I worked felt scary to get a serious illness. Here, although it would be hard, I don't think it would be devastating financially.

Workfront is too silo'ed and it's hard for cross-functional collaboration

There is a lack of caring at Workfront. Everyone deflects ownership of duties whenever possible. When they do get assigned ownership, they do the bare minimum. There is no pride and it's contagious.

The larger company tries to create a good working environment and promote programs for employee morale and culture. But some are too overloaded to take advantage of these things. Some groups get to do the "fun stuff" like AdobeMax and Summit, while others just stay behind and grind out work.
