Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It is a welcoming, challenging and exciting place to work. Lots of transparency, total open door policy for the executive team. I have personally taken advantage of this with the CEO. They always present opportunities for learning and growing in careers. Best place I've worked in 30 years.

The insurance is the best I've had at any company.

I love my coworkers and the vision for modernizing our platform.

Everyone made me feel comfortable. I wasn't quizzed to the breaking point. I left feeling positive.

People are open-minded and always willing to learn. They treat each other with kindness, and we laugh every single day.

They are transparent, organized and focused on the right things. They listen to every single person in the company, and they put real effort into making people feel valued.

My teammates will bend over backward to help each other at any time of the night or day, if they are able. They're intelligent, competent and very receptive to feedback.

They are incredibly transparent, direct and honest about where we are as a company and what our plans are for the future. They get and keep me excited as an employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is appreciated. We actually have company mottos that focus on being positive, and we are encouraged to incorporate the mottos into the way we work. Win together. Finish strong. Obsess over customers. Done right.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the focus on diversity and the company's obvious concern about every single employee. No one is considered expendable, and the leadership is very forward thinking. We support our international colleagues and foster a culture of feedback everyday.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making commitments and meeting them, being encouraged by upper management to pursue our own personal vision for improving the product. The people are just hands-down incredible from the junior devs all the way up to the CEO. I always feel good getting work news.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our health care benefit is better than the last place I worked in terms of a lower overall deductible and how much employees pay out of pocket. The last place I worked felt scary to get a serious illness. Here, although it would be hard, I don't think it would be devastating financially.
