It's difficult to pick one, but unlimited PTO came to mind first. It gives me the freedom to take a day here and there if I need it without the stress of needing to earn the time off. I feel like a trusted employee who can get the word done and plan their time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
From market comparability there is a room to do a tad better especially on equity side which is easy to do with long term commitment.

Nurturing of people as complete human beings. Everybody's got families, lives, and needs beyond just the immediate ones at work and it is never lost that those are worth acknowledging and taking care of too.
