What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about Adobe culture is its inclusivity. I'm happy to see that there are roles dedicated to the DEI mission.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's difficult to pick one, but unlimited PTO came to mind first. It gives me the freedom to take a day here and there if I need it without the stress of needing to earn the time off. I feel like a trusted employee who can get the word done and plan their time.
