
Working with my team on common goals and producing great work.
They put resources and thought into larger company goals and employee experience.
My team works well together, but I know of others where that is not the case and some managers that do not treat all of their reports very well or with consideration and fairness.
The larger company tries to create a good working environment and promote programs for employee morale and culture. But some are too overloaded to take advantage of these things. Some groups get to do the "fun stuff" like AdobeMax and Summit, while others just stay behind and grind out work.
