A good experience overall, but it can be really inconsistent across the company. I would not feel comfortable telling someone that it was a great place to work until I know what team/manager the person was considering.

Working with my team on common goals and producing great work.

They put resources and thought into larger company goals and employee experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works well together, but I know of others where that is not the case and some managers that do not treat all of their reports very well or with consideration and fairness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The larger company tries to create a good working environment and promote programs for employee morale and culture. But some are too overloaded to take advantage of these things. Some groups get to do the "fun stuff" like AdobeMax and Summit, while others just stay behind and grind out work.
