Esri: From the initial recruitment process, you can tell ESRI cares about their team. The process may be a bit long but it provides an opportunity for the applicant to learn about the company from various perspectives and minimizes any questions about the role prior to being hired. Great people & work!

Esri: I am a remote employee who has been with the company for a relatively short time. So far, all of my experiences have been positive. While it can be more difficult to establish relationships remotely, I think my team has done an excellent job bridging that gap.

RX: Overall it's just fine. But the salary is very low. Not enough incentives offered for our position. I feel insecure about my position and the pay I am getting as it is not competitive enough. I feel less as a person. Also hoping the company considers the inflation rate and raise the salary
