RX: i enjoy most aspects of my experience but recently there have been decisions made or appear to have been made that are decreasing the quality of it. worked in a high preforming team of 6 (one of the best in the company) & there are soon to be 2 people if not 1 left in that team with no replacements
Trek Bicycle Corporation: Trek needs to pay attention to what is going on in the world today. This up and coming generation is focused on how they are treated/benefits/work-life balance when considering a position. If Trek doesn't start paying attention, they're going to have a very hard time getting people to work for them.

A better work/life balance is the only opportunity; however, I am in control of that and will work on that. My manager never makes me feel as if I'm required to work more than what's required.

I feel like I lost personal connections where I could be open about my opinions in a safe environment. Now I feel like "just an employee." Comps are far below what others make and our Holidays/PTO are awful.

Sweetwater: I am humored by the fact that most employees are deeply involved in some way with music and that many employees are seen carrying a musical instrument to work rather than the typical briefcase. We are the customer we serve.
Klaviyo: When I first began at Klaviyo I felt there was much more focus on the culture/people, but feel this changed along the way. The multiple leadership changes and turnover of PEs makes it feel as though Support isn't top-of-mind. The perks are great but not enough
