i enjoy most aspects of my experience but recently there have been decisions made or appear to have been made that are decreasing the quality of it. worked in a high preforming team of 6 (one of the best in the company) & there are soon to be 2 people if not 1 left in that team with no replacements

i have mostly enjoyed my time at RX, with anything there are ups and downs in the job. it is coming to a head currently where there are things happening that are not being explained which is causing issues and anxiety in the work place, this is starting to be visible in peoples actions and bearing

Data driven as a clear goal of standardisation with the aim of getting go forwards in the same direction instead of many different ways

in a very diverse team that has lots of good things to offer. manger also give freedom to people who excel and want to help other excel too

meeting high energy people who are there to get a job done and bring energy to their job. people are generally willing to help you to answer questions and solve problems

highly collaborative and look forward to move forwards all the time. being a really good team that has overcome a lot of issues and challenges during the year makes it a good team that is all in it together

the current head has moved back into the role and is clear and gives great guidance to the teams. they are also open, honest and approachable. it is good to have them back, even if it is just for the short term

the ability for top performers to receive pay rises that are not only to do with the merit increase. merit increase are not even that as having a limited number of 1 and 2s causes massive demotivation when people who go above and beyond get zero recognition for it. reducing seen favouritism too

managers manger does not trust anyone, so my qualifications and skills are completely overlook and under used (my manager makes the most of them but those above do not). if they could actually figure out what i do and my job is to bring it into line with similar roles in RELX or pay for my worth
