What does the leadership team need to get better at?
have a clear strategy, change the work culture from siloed to a collaborative company. Change the business structre as it makes no sense. e.g. PPS questions we still can't roll out a global change. We are a company of fiefdoms with a central power structure who can't control them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Concerns not acknowledged, piled on with work that needs more than 1 person to do, no support or back up from manager.

it's very hard to get a pay rise that reflects the industry standards

It is not clear where I am in the grade banding so I unable to determine if I am paid a benchmarked salary. Also, with the re-alignment of contracts (contract change) it has not been shared if my bonus will re-align to the correct amount for my grade

we love what we do, we can have a laugh about it and i work with really smart people who teach me things every day.

i can't comment on the culture of hte company but the culture of my team is amazing. we are forward thinking, positive, can do. seeing opportunities instead of barriers. We come every day with a sense of drive to achieve.
