Listen more to people and the daily challenges tied to poor people management. Be open to constructive feedback. Stop just talking and ACT. Address and eliminate all forms of harassment that are tolerated or buried in this company.

have a clear strategy, change the work culture from siloed to a collaborative company. Change the business structre as it makes no sense. e.g. PPS questions we still can't roll out a global change. We are a company of fiefdoms with a central power structure who can't control them.

The leadership team needs to improve consistency and fairness in role and compensation structures. Currently, people with the same responsibilities hold different titles and receive different salaries. This creates confusion, frustration, and a perception of unfairness.

Acknowledge that there is a huge difference between the German and the English Team: Language, culture etc. They assume everyone from Germany is fine adapting to the English teams and processes. But it is difficult. And why do the German colleagues have to adapt? Why not the English?
