Review from Finance Dept

I would say the flexibility is the best part of my compensation package. Having a healthy work-life balance helps me stay motivated and productive. I also appreciate opportunity for professional development. I value how the company invests in training & skills development.

Review from Finance Dept

if you work hard you will get great compensation

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Increase in base salaries & annual increases, any sort of end of year bonuses, summer Fridays, better holiday schedule, time off in between Christmas & NYE...just to name a simple few.

Review from Sales Dept

Annual pay pay rise should compensate inflation. Teams with regular overtime either need extra budget for permanent talent acquisition or other underlying problems be fixed. It seems egos are fighting over change rather than removing blockers that make work hard for some teams to achieve change.

Review from Marketing Dept

overtime is not compensated (and in events is quite hard to keep a schedule) however some flexibility and empathy will be appreciated when we are on execution of the show but delivering documents are instructed.

Review from Product Dept

The prices in the city are skyrocketing and the compensation doesn't keep up. Wages in RX are no different that an a sme here.

Review from Sales Dept

equal pay even if I worked in the past in part time and in several organisations outside of RX as I bring into the company a lot of experience and flexibility to new working situation and within I am quiet flexibel and open minden

Review from Sales Dept

should be comparable to the market value. why new talents have bigger compensation than the staying one

Review from Marketing Dept

I hopeful that our salary will increase, based on the workload that we do.

Review from Legal Dept

To feel better, I’d like a transparent salary review that considers my current workload and market rates. A modest base salary increase, plus clarity on how future contributions will be rewarded (like bonuses or promot

Review from Customer Success Dept

Compared to other companies, compensation and perks are lower at RX while stress is high and the culture chooses to silence competence with politics

Review from Sales Dept

Pay is lower than comparable companies, but other parts of the company help to make up for it, such as work from home, vacation, travel to shows, etc.

Review from Customer Support Dept

A person in my position is usually paid about 30% more and receives additional benefits.

Review from Executive Dept

Total package for my position could be better, compared to similar roles in competitive companies and looking at my responsibility

Review from Business Development Dept

I believe they should consider aligning salaries and removing the provincial rate. We perform the same tasks and maintain the same schedule. Even if it's a government mandate, RELX should start providing more for its employees. If they truly value their employees, they will consider this.

Review from Marketing Dept

I believe that in comparison to some other colleagues who put in the bare minimum it is not fair, also having the workload of at least 1.5 people on one person.

Review from Marketing Dept

I feel unseen and not appreciated enough. Pay raises are only for people who make noise and a fuss about themselves, not the ones who do their work silently and get great yearly evaluations. The work-life-balance sucks, especially when you have to commute to work.

Review from Marketing Dept

ever so slightly higher pay for temporary employees

Review from Customer Success Dept

may pay is not par with what market offers

Review from Operations Dept

I'd like the ability to save my leave up, rather than be forced to take it each calendar year, if I choose. I'd also like a pay review as the role I'm performing is at a much higher level than my position description.

Review from Product Dept

More recognition is needed. Compensation doesn't necessarily need to be money - it can come in the form of parking, or discounts, or other benefits

Review from Marketing Dept

We are short staff for most of the year. We are previously a 3 staff team. But now we are down to 2 and the workload cannot be divided to the 2-remaining staff. I hope the company will look into this to prevent burnout from the remaining 2 staffs
