What is the best part about your compensation package?

the flexibility and the work life balance

Review from IT Dept · Posted 10 days ago

The salary is appropriate for the role.

Pension is quite good yes

Review from Operations Dept

Market level, not more nor less.

Review from IT Dept

My 14 weeks parental leave is absolutely terrific. The health benefits are decent as well.

Review from Sales Dept

I think it's very complete. I'm glad we have health insurance and also a meal card (at least in the Brazilian office), it's very helpful.

Review from Marketing Dept

the annual bonus, and the 2 weeks you can work from another place.

The base salary and the pension scheme

Review from Executive Dept

I recently went from a sales role to a marketing role, knowing that I would take a cut if I did take the leap but I think what made me ok with it is that it was acknowledged and my ability to grow in the new role was worth it.

Review from Marketing Dept

The pay is on the lower side, but not so much I feel I am being compensated poorly.

Review from Executive Dept

The food voucher and meal voucher package

Review from Marketing Dept

I really value the flexibility in our PTO, Modern Family Leave options, and remote working. The organization recognizes that we have lives and obligations that sometimes require flexibility outside of a normal 9-5 so we can perform our best day-to-day at work.

Review from Marketing Dept

the salary itself is not a bad part

Review from Product Dept

no comment from my side

Review from Sales Dept

the compensation package is well balanced.

Review from Executive Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Global role compensation is tied to location, despite equal contribution and parity with peers in the same role. In countries with union pay rises, outstanding performance isn’t rewar

Review from Product Dept · Posted 10 days ago

I am less paid than similar worker mates who get the same role. Also, my manager has no fair standards for raise in salary decision

Review from Finance Dept

I think my compensation is not compatible with my responsibilities. My leader has been trying to increase my salary since last year, but there's only one compensation window per year to recognize many people.

Review from Operations Dept

Os salários são completamente abaixo do mercado e não tenho nenhuma previsão de aumento. O planejamento financeiro para

Review from Marketing Dept

I feel undervalued because I do not have the same title or salary as my peers, despite having the same responsibilities and impact. What would make me feel better is having my role and compensation aligned with the scope of my work, ensuring fairness and consistency across the team.

Review from Marketing Dept

There's no room to grow due to headcounts being stagnated since 2015 and It's always the same training sessions with the same information being promoted over and over again via e-mail. It feels like the company doesn't really know how to move forward post pandemic.

Review from Sales Dept

As part of our professional development, over the years we accumulate new work and expand our scope of activities. However, compensation is not reviewed and benefits have been altered (downgraded) following HR Harmonization.

Review from Legal Dept

In RX, Workload & responsibility can be high in many areas and the 'effort vs reward' balance can get tricky on many occasions. One person is often working on multiple initiatives and unknowingly covering different roles. This makes you think if your earnings are proportionate to the effort.

Review from Engineering Dept

I feel like across the board, for the amount of work and time committed, and the quality of work produced by a relatively small team, the pay is on the low end and promotions are on the low end.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It may help to review market-based salaries and clarify growth paths and share timelines so advancement feels performance-driven. Many also miss the company offered coupon site; the points system, due to taxes, feels less valuable, less used/available and could be improved.

Review from Operations Dept

RX has a historical reputation as paying lower compared to other competitive players.

Review from Sales Dept

My compensation is still in the lowest range. I can barely manage my expenses. But nobody cares. And nobody cares whether I am happy after being pushed into a team full of strangers.

Review from Marketing Dept

Concerns not acknowledged, piled on with work that needs more than 1 person to do, no support or back up from manager.

Review from IT Dept

We understand that salary changes can be difficult but I think more can be done to the overall package. Provide RDO's or additional leave create an environment that encourages more work life balance and gives time back.

Review from Business Development Dept

Increase in base salaries & annual increases, any sort of end of year bonuses, summer Fridays, better holiday schedule, time off in between Christmas & NYE...just to name a simple few.

Review from Sales Dept

Annual pay pay rise should compensate inflation. Teams with regular overtime either need extra budget for permanent talent acquisition or other underlying problems be fixed. It seems egos are fighting over change rather than removing blockers that make work hard for some teams to achieve change.

Review from Marketing Dept

overtime is not compensated (and in events is quite hard to keep a schedule) however some flexibility and empathy will be appreciated when we are on execution of the show but delivering documents are instructed.

Review from Product Dept

The prices in the city are skyrocketing and the compensation doesn't keep up. Wages in RX are no different that an a sme here.

Review from Sales Dept

equal pay even if I worked in the past in part time and in several organisations outside of RX as I bring into the company a lot of experience and flexibility to new working situation and within I am quiet flexibel and open minden

Review from Sales Dept

should be comparable to the market value. why new talents have bigger compensation than the staying one
