Concerns not acknowledged, piled on with work that needs more than 1 person to do, no support or back up from manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very genuine feedback, supportive team and manager. Always help and hold when you are overburdened and ensures ample rest and time offs are given

Disciplined, motivated, positively driven to do better but also to help others in their work, covers for each other in unavailability and sickness without complain, drive healthy competition to perform better in their role

Genuine care by the SLTs in employee's growth and development, providing fair and unbiased work environment, understanding and accommodating with the hybrid way of working, acknowledging the hard work and effort invested by the employee and sharing positive feedback, which motivates us to do better
