As a minority, there is nothing worse than being preached to about "equity/diversity/inclusion" from white leadership. Either resign, give your post to a minority and "walk the walk" or stop subjecting employees to these "woke on steroids" programs that are just window dressing.

I feel like across the board, for the amount of work and time committed, and the quality of work produced by a relatively small team, the pay is on the low end and promotions are on the low end.

My coworkers need to have unity with each of the members. From what I can see with them, they do not want to be intact as a team. The tenured people are competing with the newbie, in which they do not want the newbie to learn all the correct process, not just the limited infos

Eliminate the Diversity, Inclusion & Equity initiatives. They are a farce and the only reason they are even being done is for optics. To a minority like myself, it comes off as white executives doing the best they can to assuage their white guilt. I prefer to just concentrate on my work.

Way too many layers of management. Take a look at "doer's" and the "overseer's". Decisions take way too long. If there is a VP whose job it is to collect updates from those actually doing the work and report up, you have a problem. Take a hard look at the VP layer and their day to day.
