People first. There is always an acknowledgement that you have a life outside of work and that is respected by management.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay is lower than comparable companies, but other parts of the company help to make up for it, such as work from home, vacation, travel to shows, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like across the board, for the amount of work and time committed, and the quality of work produced by a relatively small team, the pay is on the low end and promotions are on the low end.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Company wide, I think pay is low. When I applied for a job in January 2020, the pay for the position was $45k. When I applied again over two years later, the pay was the same, no adjustment for inflation. Annual raises are not equal to inflation on a yearly basis, and merit raises aren't much better
