There's no room to grow due to headcounts being stagnated since 2015 and It's always the same training sessions with the same information being promoted over and over again via e-mail. It feels like the company doesn't really know how to move forward post pandemic.

Favourism, politics by Leadership team, telling false comments in the meeting and no respect to juniors

Again, most meetings do not revolve around sales processes and enablement. They tend to revolve around coordination and logistics. As a salesperson, I have little influence in pricing conversations as well as products being offered no matter how much feedback I give.
