We are really close and great friends, most of being here for a few years, which results in a comfortable place to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's no room to grow due to headcounts being stagnated since 2015 and It's always the same training sessions with the same information being promoted over and over again via e-mail. It feels like the company doesn't really know how to move forward post pandemic.
