Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is alright (even though comp at local competitors is higher), job changes have not been reflected and recently comms around compensation is not 100% clear.

Compa ratio target should be considered differently for key staff who we need to retain. Many benefits were cut during COVID but never be re-considered once our business performance is back on track and even over deliver the expected results.

It is without question the most "mature" business I've worked in. The emphasis is on empowerment and winning as a team

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Eliminating bad managers, those who do not contribute anything to the company, those who are not disruptive, those who do not dare, those who do not work in key positions, I DO NOT DO THINGS SO THAT THEY DO NOT MISS ME. but if they spend, travel and have fun and in those cases there is no no budget.
